About Us

Kaylin McCarthy, Owner of McCarthy Consulting Group LLC, is an experienced non-profit leader, attorney, and community volunteer.  She is a licensed attorney in Florida, with a Juris Doctor and Master of Public Administration from the University of Miami, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Delaware.  Her certifications include Human Centered Design, Lean Data for Social Impact, Brain Science Informed Mobility Mentoring, Trauma Informed Care, and a variety of Financial Wellness training, ranging from Credit Building to Income Tax Preparation. 

Kaylin has focused her career and volunteer efforts on supporting high risk youth, survivors of domestic violence, and families living in poverty. Her passion is developing financial opportunities that can level the playing field for this population through a Human-Centered Design approach and innovative data collection and evaluation strategies.
